My journey
A story of curiosity, change and purpose.
I'm Thatohatsi: a curious mind, a Chartered Accountant (SA) in the making, and a person who cares about ethical leadership, meaningful work, and creating spaces where people can grow and thrive.
My journey hasn't been linear, and that's part of what makes it meaningful. From hospitality to accounting, each chapter has shaped how I see people, opportunity and impact.
Different experiences. Same curiosity. Bigger purpose.

The full story
I started out studying Hospitality Management, where I learned that great experiences are built on paying attention to people.
Curiosity about how organisations really work led me to accounting, and onto the road to becoming a Chartered Accountant (SA). Numbers turned out to be another way of understanding people and the systems they live in.
Today I am interested in what happens where those worlds meet: ethical leadership, meaningful work, and building things that help people grow.

What I value
Integrity
Doing the right thing, especially when no one is watching.
People first
Systems should serve people, not the other way round.
Curiosity
Better questions lead to better answers.
Growth
Learning in public, one chapter at a time.
